Reduce or clear your library fines -- with food!

Food for Fines: January 15-25, 2009.

For every non-perishable food item donated, participating
Novanet libraries (including AST's) will reduce your library fines.

Briefly, here is how it works. We forgive $2 in fines for each substantial food item donated, to a maximum per patron of $20.00.

All donations will be given to local food banks

Bring your donations to the Circulation Desk

at any of the participating libraries.**

Good for the libraries, good for the Food Banks -- good for you!

For more info, contact the AST Library .

**Food For Fines is an initiative of the libraries at Mount St. Vincent University, Dalhousie University, University of King’s College, Cape Breton University, Atlantic School of Theology, St. Francis Xavier University, Saint Mary’s University, Nova Scotia Agricultural College, NSCAD University, and the Nova Scotia Community Colleges.
