Shared Novanet eBook collection

Novanet libraries have joined together to purchase a shared collection of eBooks accessible by students, staff, and faculty at all participating Novanet libraries.  These shared eBooks are identified by the status "Novanet" in the Owned By column in the Novanet catalogue.


 

The Novanet eBook pilot program is an effort to make eBooks available to a wider user group. EBooks licensed to individual institutions prior to this pilot project and not part of the shared collection are still solely owned by the institution who purchased them, and only accessible by students and faculty affiliated with that institution.

To access an eBook in the shared collection simply click the link provided in the catalogue record.  You will be required to login with your library barcode and password to access the eBook.  EBooks are checked out to your library account for 7 days.

Take some time to explore the eBook collection!  You are able to search the shared Novanet eBook collection exclusively by clicking on Specific Collections in the menu bar in the top right hand corner of the catalogue and selecting "Novanet eBook Pilot" from the list of options.
